During last year’s EAN meeting apprentices from all over Europe gathered in Brussels to address mental health and all the intersecting factors that influence it. After many months of work behind the scenes, the EAN is pleased to present our survey on Apprentices Mental Health and Well-being (available in French, Greek, Italian and Spanish).
Apprenticeships are recognized as crucial gateway for hands-on experience and skill development. Despite this, the mental well-being of apprentices is frequently overlooked during practical training and skill acquisition. Why is that so and what can we do about it?
Since 2017 the EAN, works to represent apprentices’ voices, representing national, European, individual members interested in the creation of representational bodies where they do not exist. Find out more about our members here. The survey will close on 12th May 2024 – 23:59 Brussels time (extended deadline). and responses are fully anonymous. Find the privacy note of the survey here.
